Senior Affiliate Manager
(Russian/Ukranian speaker)

Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. As they continue to scale, they are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join their growing team in Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new affiliates to run CPA, RS, and hybrid campaign
Negotiate partnership terms and manage the affiliate budget, including commissions and payouts
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI; report results to senior management
Maintain timely invoicing and ensure accurate and on-time commission payments
Communicate daily with partners, providing ongoing support and growing the affiliate networks
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and development teams to optimize affiliate acquisition efforts
Represent the company at industry events and create content for affiliate newsletters and promotions
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry.
Effective sales and negotiation skills
Driven and results-oriented
Proficient level of written and spoken English
Proficient level of Russian or Ukranian languages.
Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage prioritiets
Perfect communication skills
Ability to represent company and brands during exhibitions and all related event
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Deep understanding of how the entertainment industry works
