Our client is a digital services provide operating within the iGaming field. They are looking for a VIP sports book experts who will be responsible for managing and improving the experience of VIPs.

Responsibilities:

• Being able to search and find for solutions of customers issues

• Able to analyse customers behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs

• Monitor customers performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting

• Ensure that products compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations

• Hours must be worked during shift business hours

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Arabic both written and spoken

• Deep knowledge and experience in Sports Book and VIP customers management.

• Proactive person with good support / sales skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage
