We are seeking a proactive and culturally attuned Community Moderator to oversee and nurture the Swiss community. This role is pivotal in fostering a vibrant, respectful, and engaging environment across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand values and community guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Swiss culture, fluency in local languages, and a passion for building online communities.
Responsibilities
Monitor and actively participate in discussions across our Swiss digital platforms, including forums, social media channels, and messaging apps, to foster a positive community atmosphere.
Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, addressing any issues such as inappropriate language, misinformation, or off-topic posts.
Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and reports in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary.
Ensure all community interactions and content are culturally appropriate and resonate with the Swiss audience, taking into account regional nuances and languages.
Collaborate with the marketing team to organize virtual and in-person events aimed at increasing community engagement and brand loyalty.
Track community metrics to assess engagement levels, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements;
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in community management or moderation, preferably within the Swiss market.
Fluency in German and French; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
Strong understanding of Swiss culture and regional differences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with community management tools and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
