We are seeking a proactive and culturally attuned Community Moderator to oversee and nurture the Swiss community. This role is pivotal in fostering a vibrant, respectful, and engaging environment across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand values and community guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Swiss culture, fluency in local languages, and a passion for building online communities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and actively participate in discussions across our Swiss digital platforms, including forums, social media channels, and messaging apps, to foster a positive community atmosphere.

  • Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, addressing any issues such as inappropriate language, misinformation, or off-topic posts.

  • Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and reports in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary.

  • Ensure all community interactions and content are culturally appropriate and resonate with the Swiss audience, taking into account regional nuances and languages.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize virtual and in-person events aimed at increasing community engagement and brand loyalty.

  • Track community metrics to assess engagement levels, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements;

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in community management or moderation, preferably within the Swiss market.

  • Fluency in German and French; proficiency in Italian is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of Swiss culture and regional differences.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with community management tools and social media platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
