As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you'll play a pivotal role in steering the operational success of our business. Reporting directly to the Founders, you'll oversee the strategic and day-to-day land-based operations of our global casino gaming provider activities.


  • Collaborate with the director and management team to develop and implement the company's strategic vision for casino land-based gaming operations.

  • Provide leadership to ensure alignment with overall business goals and optimize gaming processes for enhanced efficiency and player experience.

  • Drive expansion into new markets, considering regulatory compliance and cultural nuances, and coordinate the commercial department.

  • Develop and execute market entry plans, assessing risks and opportunities, while fostering collaboration among different departments.

  • Stay abreast of gaming trends and technology to drive innovation, collaborating closely with the technology/development team.

  • Manage financial resources effectively, ensuring budget compliance and profitability, and provide strategic input into financial planning.

  • Ensure strict adherence to global gaming regulations, adjust operational strategies accordingly, and identify and mitigate associated risks.

  • Implement robust security measures to protect gaming integrity and lead a high-performance operations team, attracting and developing top talent.


  • 10+ years of proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role within the land-based casino games industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of global land-based casino gaming markets, regulations, and industry trends.

  • Experience in at least one of the following regions is a must: EU, Mexico, USA

  • Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and business expansion within the casino gaming sector.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
