CRM Account Manager

Our client, a well known playe within the online igaming services field, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of strategic partner relationships for their CRM platform. This role goes beyond operational communication - we are seeking a mature, business-oriented professional who can drive adoption, communicate product value at a strategic level, and influence long-term partner success.

You will act as the key interface between the CRM product and external partners, ensuring alignment, transparency, and continuous growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage relationships with key partners

  • Proactively communicate product updates, releases, and roadmap changes

  • Lead high-level product demos and strategic onboarding sessions

  • Drive CRM feature adoption and ensure partners maximize platform value

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities

  • Translate partner feedback into structured business cases for Product and Tech teams

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives (Product, Tech, BI, Support)

  • Monitor partner performance metrics and proactively suggest improvements

  • Prepare executive-level presentations and QBR materials

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management / CRM / SaaS / B2B tech in iGaming

  • Experience in CRM / marketing automation platforms

  • Strong background in managing strategic or enterprise accounts

  • Proven experience conducting product demos for senior stakeholders

  • Ability to communicate both with technical teams and C-level partners

  • Strong commercial mindset and understanding of SaaS growth models

  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret KPIs

  • Experience working with cross-border teams
