CRM Content Specialist

Our client is a leading tech and digital services provider operating within the iGaming industry. As part of their continuous growth we are now seeking a CRM Content QA Specialist who will join their brand new CRM Content team.

As a CRM Content QA Specialist, you will be the final gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that all CRM communications, global and local, are accurate, compliant, and perfectly aligned with brand standards. Your work will safeguard consistency, build trust with our customers, and ensure flawless execution across campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Review CRM copy for grammar, spelling, clarity, and adherence to brand tone of voice.

  • Validate content accuracy, including promotional details, terms, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Verify localized versions for linguistic quality, cultural relevance, and consistency with the source message.

  • Partner with translators and agencies to resolve issues and ensure quality in all markets.

  • Work closely with copywriters, translators, CRM managers, and agencies to proactively identify recurring issues and implement solutions.

  • Maintain QA checklists, style guides, and workflows to streamline processes and raise overall content quality.

  • Test CRM communications (email, push, SMS, in-app) across devices and platforms before launch.

  • Ensure flawless rendering and user experience from content to design execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in QA, editing, proofreading, or localization, preferably, but not limited to, Marketing or CRM.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.

  • Familiarity with CRM channels (email, push notifications, SMS) and content management tools is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

  • Process-oriented and proactive in driving quality improvements.

  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over content quality

  • Great communication skills in English, any other language would be an advantage
