CRM Manager Dutch market
Valencia, Spain or Dubai office
We are looking for a CRM Manager to lead our clients CRM efforts for the Dutch market. Youll be responsible for designing and executing customer lifecycle strategies to drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. You should have a deep understanding of Dutch customer behavior, iGaming/online entertainment experience, and CRM best practices.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage localized CRM strategies for the Dutch market (Email, SMS, push notifications, onsite messaging, etc.)
Own the customer journey and optimize communications across all stages: onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, and reactivation
Plan, execute, and analyze CRM campaigns with a focus on personalization, segmentation, and ROI
Collaborate with product, content, design, and data teams to deliver relevant and engaging campaigns
Monitor KPIs such as retention rate, conversion, CLV, and churn — and proactively act on insights
Ensure all campaigns are compliant with local regulations and responsible gaming practices
Act as the main point of contact for all CRM-related initiatives in Netherlands.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment
Fluent English (written and spoken) and Dutch fluent.
Strong understanding of the Dutch market and user behavior
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and platforms (Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, etc.)
Data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
