Finnish speaking VIP Account Manager

On behalf of our iGaming Client, we are looking for a Finnish Speaking VIP Manager who will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled VIP experience to their esteemed players.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value players, understanding their preferences and needs, alongside developing them from being simply customers to becoming brand advocates.

  • Proactively engage with VIP players through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails and WhatsApp

  • Build long-lasting relationships with players by providing personalized support and addressing any concerns or issues they may have

  • Monitor player activity and identify opportunities to enhance their gaming experience

  • Collaborate with other internal departments such as marketing and promotions to create targeted campaigns for VIP players

  • Collecting and analyzing information and data on customer segments and suggesting changes for optimization

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we are offering the best VIP experience in the market

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Finnish and English languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Previous experience in the role within the online casino industry

  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with high-value players

  • Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach to work
