French speaking Sales Agents

Our client, an international player within the online entertainment and iGaming industry is growing its Sales department and seeking to hire self driven individuals to join their Sales team in Cyprus.
Responsiblities:
To proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.
Making daily outbound calls and follow ups
Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company products
Promoting the site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering
Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood and
Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support
Requirements
An energetic passion for customer service and sales
A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting the companys’ sites, products and promotions.
A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis
Able to communicate at bilingual or native level of French and English fluent
An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry
Target oriented and driven by achieving goals
Able to work on shifts and 2 Saturdays per month.
