Head of Acquisition

Our client is a dynamic digital agency looking to expand their marketing team with a talented Head of Acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Development:
Utilise data insights to develop and maintain the company’s acquisition strategy across all marketing channels, including affiliates, SEO, SEM, paid media, social, and video.
Monitor and identify new online marketing trends and tendencies, integrating them into our business and workflows.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the execution of multi-channel, multi-territory, cross-brand acquisition campaigns from concept to launch.
Maximise Return on Ad Spend by conducting continuous creative and landing page optimisation.
Champion the campaign-driven creative process by working closely with the design and retention teams.
Budget Management:
Manage the online marketing budget and ensure the ROI of all acquisition channels.
Track, analyse, and report on all key performance indicators of customer acquisition.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and guide the acquisition team to acquire new customers through a wide range of channels.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with the CRM team to consolidate efforts on retention and reactivation, achieving common goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and partners.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication or related
2+ years of experience in a similar role
5 years of experience in a senior acquisition role within fast-paced environment and iGaming industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including affiliates, SEO, SEM, paid media, social, and video.
Experience working in grey markets and an understanding of the marketing landscapes and techniques required to operate competitively in such markets.
Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise online marketing budgets to achieve high ROI.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
