HR & Admin Executive

Our client is a structured, well‑established online gaming group with a decades‑long presence across their core markets. Operating multiple brands in Casino, Live Casino and Sportsbook. They are now seeking to recruit an HR and Admin Executive on full time basis.
Role Overview
The HR and Admin Executive supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and ensuring HR policies are consistently applied.
Responsibilities:
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, HR-related documentation
Maintain and update employee records and documents with full confidentiality
Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Oversee Off Boarding and conduct exit Interviews
Maintain up to date knowledge on Employment Law.
Compile and maintain all information and documents needed with regards to foreign employee’s work permits and renewals
Maintain positive employee relations
Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related but not limited to policies, and general HR matters.
Assist the HR Team in Payroll Process
Manage the Recruitment and Selection process including but not limited to job posting, short listing and scheduling interviews.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
Escalate employee grievances and coordinate resolution with HR Manager.
Provide support to the HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required and ensuring continuity of HR operations during staff absences.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in HR operations and administration
Degree or qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Experience handling work permits and visa
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in MS Office and in HR software systems inc. Indigo Shireburn and BambooHR
Detail-oriented and proactive, capable of managing multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communicator with collaborative interpersonal skills and a positive mindset.
Proficiency in English language
