Our client is a leading iGaming company offering both casino and sports betting services in the Spanish and LATAM markets is seeking to recruit an Online iGaming Operations Manager to join their team in Barcelona. We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Online iGaming Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the online operations. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of their digital platforms, enhancing user experience, and driving business growth across the Spanish and LATAM markets. The objective is to secure the most robust and comprehensive casino offerings across diverse jurisdictions, upholding an appealing and competitive user experience while maintaining operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the digital casino and sports betting services.

  • Ensure efficient and high-quality service provision across all online operations.

  • Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and develop strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.

  • Analyze market trends and competition to enhance our offerings and customer journey.

  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.

  • Maximize the range of payment methods available to customers.

  • Collaborate with development and product teams to prioritize features that improve customer experience and retention.

  • Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to develop and execute business action plans aimed at acquiring and retaining customers.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service evolution and user satisfaction, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.

  • Monitor and manage the operational plan for the casino and sports betting verticals, ensuring adherence to set KPIs.

  • Manage relationships with external and internal suppliers to ensure the best quality services and competitive offerings.

  • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a managerial role within the iGaming industry, focusing on operations.

  • Deep understanding of regulations and standards related to online gaming, especially in the Spanish and LATAM markets.

  • Proven experience in digital business operations, including user support services, verification processes, payments, fraud prevention, and promotional activities.

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
