PSP Tech Account Manager
Limassol, Cyprus
Our client is an IT and digital solutions provider, operating all across Europe. They are currently seeking to hire a skilled PSP Tech Account Manager to join their team in Cyprus
Responsibilities:
Working with the PaymentIQ / Devcode and other payment aggregators;
Payment methods/systems integration to PaymentIQ;
Generate, save, and set up the API key and secret key;
Routing configuration and changes (cascading);
Currency exchange configuration;
Transactions error monitoring and analysis ;
Transactions problem solving;
Callbacks setup;
Configure payment methods for the new markets and brands;
Communication with payment providers and PaymentIQ with payment related queries;
Assistance to the different departments with payment related queries;
Interaction with the onboarding team and the technical team;
Create and maintain Jira issues;
Setting the rules for the rotation of payment methods in accordance with the requirements of the customer;
Preparation of tasks for analytical reports on conversion, and payment processing;
Testing and monitoring the operation of payment systems together with the team;
Timely response to force majeure situations;
The manifestation of activity and independence in the formulation of the problem;
Responsibility for the assigned tasks.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience working with payments at iGaming or at PSP;
1+ years of experience working with PaymentIQ / Devcode;
Work experience with PaymentIQ / Devcode;
Work experience with Jira;
Knowledge of integration and customization processes, as well as requirements for payment solution providers;
Understanding of transactions flow;
Knowledge of PSP terminology;
Knowledge in Chrome DevTools;
Work experience in FinTech;
Work experience in Gambling;
English at least intermediate level, Russian language is a plus;
Strong communication skills.
Good analytical skills;
Working with multilingual teams will be beneficial;
Teamwork skills;
Modesty, meticulousness and attention to detail;
Great interest and knowledge of the FinTech industry and its rules.
