Risk Analysts

Our client, a fast growing B2B provider for the iGaming field is expanding their risk and fraud team in Bulgaria and seeking to recruit Risk Analysts with experience in the iGaming field.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with players on account-related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care
Analyse customer deposits and account categories to prevent fraud, correct errors, and resolve problems
Analyse records of Affiliate account to ascertain whether there are any irregularities
Suggest improvements to procedures and systems in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care
Investigate financial irregularities on accounts
Work with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud
Help maintain quality control and customer care through analysis of player contact
Investigate risk issues relating to third-party processors
Check user history
Requirements:
Experience in Risk/KYC/AML within iGaming industry would be ideal
Strong logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach
Decision-making and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to effectively deliver feedback
Self-motivation
Ability to perform well under tight deadlines within a dynamic environmen
Proficient command of Microsoft Office tools
Proven aptitude for working in a team, as well as guiding and influencing others
Able to work on rotational shifts Monday to Friday and 2 weekends per month (5 days a week).
