Turkish speaking VIP Account Manager

Our client, and international player within the online entertainment sector that specializes in customer support, AML and fraud prevention, KYC, and risk management, ensuring their clients operations stay secure and efficient.
We are looking for a Turkish VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
Able to search and find for solutions of customers issues
Analyse customers behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs
Monitor customers performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting
Ensure that products compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month)
Requirements:
1+ year experience working as VIP Account manager within the iGaming industry B2C
Proficiency in English and Turkish both written and spoken
Proactive person with good support / sales skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
