VIP QA Operations Specialist

Our client, and international player within the online entertainment sector is building a new VIP team and looking for experienced VIP QA Operations.

The VIP QA Operations Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and validating VIP player activity to ensure accuracy, fairness, and compliance with internal policies. This role plays a key part in identifying operation or process errors, and providing detailed insights to QA Managers for further evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Data & Report Analysis refering to VIP players activity

• Quality Assurance Support

• Issue reporting & Documentation

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in QA operations, risk analysis, or a similar analytical role within the iGaming industry

• Proactive approach to risk detection and operational improvement

• Strong analytical and investigative skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to interpret large data sets and identify patterns or anomalies.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• VIP operations is a strong advantage.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
