Our client is a leading multinational company in the iGaming sector, operating globally across multiple markets. Known for its innovation, customer-centric approach, and industry-leading platforms, the company is now seeking an experienced Vice President of VIP Department to oversee and strategically manage one of its largest and most critical divisions.
Role Overview
The VP of VIP Department will be responsible for leading the global VIP division, currently consisting of approximately 500 employees, ensuring best-in-class service, customer retention, and revenue growth from high-value players. This role requires a visionary leader with proven experience at a senior executive level (VP, COO, MD) within a multinational environment. The successful candidate will combine operational excellence with strategic foresight, driving innovation and customer engagement at scale.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the VIP department in alignment with overall business objectives.
Drive global initiatives to enhance the customer experience for high-value players.
Identify new opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation in VIP services.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a large, multicultural team across multiple regions.
Ensure operational efficiency and consistent delivery of high-quality service across all VIP teams.
Implement robust processes, KPIs, and performance management systems to drive results.
Oversee all VIP lifecycle management activities, including acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies.
Monitor player behaviors and implement data-driven strategies to increase loyalty and lifetime value (LTV).
Ensure compliance with responsible gambling frameworks while maximizing customer satisfaction.
Partner with marketing, product, operations, and compliance teams to align VIP initiatives with company-wide goals.
Represent the VIP department at the executive level, contributing to overall strategic decision-making.
Ensure all VIP operations adhere to global regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Work closely with compliance and legal teams to manage risk and uphold the highest ethical standards.
Requirements
Proven track record in a senior executive position (VP, COO, MD, or similar) within the iGaming, online gambling industry.
Extensive experience in managing large-scale teams (500+ employees) in a multinational environment.
Strong background in VIP / customer engagement / high-value account management.
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results in customer retention, revenue growth, and service quality.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and competitive global environment.
